I thought I posted yesterday, but don't think I did. I NEED to use up stores. Im going to allow myself £7 pw for fridge stuff, n a couple of tins of potatoes (gross I know), but 15p n I do them in the halogen with roasted veg, they taste beautiful.
Ok OUT was a YS chicken tikka
OUT today - a pack of prawns, mussels and fish sticks. Gonna be a tossed fish salad with roasted potatoes and veg0 -

I use tinned potatoes in halogen too.....in fact have some in now along with the quiche!0 -
