    Well done bubbs

Happy sw birthday Kathryna (my iPad now recognises when I write your username lol) and esmy

I've had a few off days. Went to the comedy and had 2 ciders. At darts 2 pints of bitter shandy. Then Tuesday had 4 pieces of garlic bread. So got to be better for next 4 days.

Anyone know the syns of subways meatballs with cheese pot (cheese will be my hexa to be fair.

    Today had

Breakfast - weetabix (hexb), splash of milk and a cut up Apple
Dinner - subways meatballs, tomato stuff and cheese
Tea - mushroom, onion omelette with meat platter from lidl (love the stuff, can get through 2 a week when making my pizzas at work

Well done losers though keep going folks. Cracking start to 2018

Thanks, Will look in to them, to see if I'm allowed them and what their shelf life is like.

Think it was me not the stew, because husband and daughter both liked it. Feeling rather ikky. Low iron, very low blood pressure and absolutely knackered :(

Have they not offered iron injections? I used to take nan every 3 months for her

Have them, and tablets, but losing iron and not absorbing it well, so it keeps dropping all the time. Only thing that keeps it up at all is transfusions. Will get one tomorrow when I'm at the hospital.

Esmy - at 2 cals I'd say it's free -the brand name one is called Beanies and there are several flavours, including a Bailey's one! all of which are Free.

    Denise

It is Beanies - I got caramel and hazlenut flavours - the caramel one was lovely, tastes like a real treat, even better a free one!

Totally with you on that. I like to feel I've had something either really taster, or really bad when I use my syns :rotfl:

I agree though I blew 5 on a small bowl of cornflakes today which wouldn't even normally be my cereal of choice and I enjoyed every bite!

Breakfast: cornflakes and milk (HEA and 5 syns)
Lunch: grilled chicken, rice, salad, small amount feta, 1 tbsp tzatziki and 1 triangle pitta bread (guessing 6 syns)
Dinner: cod, rice, peas, sweetcorn carrots broccoli

    Snack: toffeee muller light

I wasn't working today so had a pamper day. I had a Brazilian blow dry this morning, lunch out with a friend and a back massage in the afternoon. Just going to chill with a good book tonight.
