Lip Balm recommendation request

  • I've been using Nuxe reve de miel at bedtime and this works really well for me and smells amazing. It is not cheap but you need the tiniest bit.

All of our reccomendations have been expensive though huh?

In the past I have used Vaseline at bedtime and that also worked well.

With a good enough night treatment I find I don't really need one in the day.

Revive Me Beeswax lip balm - its even better than Burt's Bees. Used this in New Zealand a few years ago and now simply won't use any other kind. Its not cheap at around 6 quid per tub but it lasts for absolutely ages so you won't be buying it every month.

I hate putting my finger in a tub. Stuff gets under my long nails, so I prefer a stick.

  • Here are some recommendations:
Badger Classic organic lip balm (organic and good for the budget)
Smith's Minted Rose Lip Balm (little costy but very good)
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy (expensive but high quality)
  • My sisters use Baby Lips by Maybelline. It is amazing and worth investing in. Also, it is super cheap and comes with a little bit of tint as well.

  • Melty Talented Wonderbalm by Soap & Glory. Also can be used on dry skin :)

My d.d. is an expert on all things lip balm! Or she should be considering the amount of them she has!

Like above O'Keefes, and her latest acquisition Pure Paw Paw in watermelon.

Just bought some original Pure Paw Paw after investigating after reading your post.
Arrived last night but loving it so far.

Dr Lipp - a little goes a long way, and it's very thick so I only use it at night.
