Do you have room for a late-comer please? I've not been on this thread in previous years but have been op-ing my mortgage. Total left to pay is £11,151.71, not counting interest of around £40 a month.
Aiming to OP £3,000 by the end of 2018, i.e. £300 a month on average. My income varies a bit but we have a big holiday coming up in September and there's that little thing called Christmas too (though I still managed about £300 extra in December last year)... anyway I am saying my repayments will not be steady!I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Last year I was rubbish at updating but did overpay £5k. I promise to be less rubbish this year!

mortgagefreeplease wrote: »Hiya, Can I join this please? Would love to pay off my mortgage in 10 years which would need overpayments totalling £9600 for 2018. Since it's nearly March and I haven't overpaid anything yet though and no idea how I'm going to get that much extra a month, I think £3000 is actually doable so can that be added as my target please?....and fingers crossed I'll smash it!!
Welcome! You're #29.0
