  • There is no way that UKPC can get the keeper's details, unless you tell them, which of course you won't be doing.

    YES you are missing something.

UKPC can get keepers details from the DVLA ... NOT THE DRIVER

keithP would have meant they cannot get drivers details

The DVLA told them, obviously. Same as they do with every9one in a ATA.

    Crikey!!

You have managed to find a post of mine from last May when UKPC were banned from getting keeper details from the DVLA:
    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=74254827#post74254827

...and then very selectively quoted from it too.
  • Why doesn’t the out of date info get deleted from the newbies link it’s very confusing when you read through all the posts looking for ways to sort this out. The only advice I’ve received is read the newbies post and ignore DRP letter.
Wouldn’t uk parking control accept £100 from keeper now. It would cost more than that taking day off work to go to court surely

Can you please tell us exactly which link you followed that led you to that post of mine?

Please try to remember that this board is run by volunteers.

You are not getting this are you, you are in a scam loop, The lowlife dregs at UKPC hand over the collection of their fake charges to a debt recovery company who specialise in frightening people on a no win no fee basis.

Debt Recovery Plebs hang on a £60 bunce fee for the delight of sending out scary letters.
At that point to honour their contract UKPC won't communicate with you as their tame debt Muppets are now screwing you too.

This isn't about parking management is a game called Greed Monopoly

The regulars on here have seen everything, follow their advice, don't try your own methods you will get stung by the hornets!
  • Can anyone tell me what happens after you ignore the debt collectors letters do you automatically get a court summons?

No it's not automatic it depends on a number of variables; if the landowner has agreed the PPC can take court action, if the PPC can see a financial justification, multipul tickets are a good bet, or even if they pull your name out of the hat who knows.

Some like Parking Eye love the court threat, others are more cautious, here are your present odds with these bottom feeding millionaires:
