Suitable account or Card + App for reimbursable expenses 6th Sep 19 at 11:21 AM
Looking for suggestions for a bank account with card or prepaid card that will make it easy to make purchases that will be reimbursed by a small number of clients.

Ideal workflow - happy for anyone to suggest a better workflow

Make a purchase with the card eg hotel accomodation
Receive an instant notification on an app to prompt to take photo of receipt.
App will prompt to add a category for the purchase (category could be a specific client)
At end of month, via app or web interface create a PDF for each category (client) which would include a list of all purchases plus a photo of each receipt.
-- Ideally have a way to add copies of online purchases eg flight receipt, to the same PDF

Note - copying this question to the credit cards forum- as I think it relates to both.
