    Morning and happy Sunday :)

Woke feeling horrible yesterday, had a massive headache and was sick, thought it was a hangover initially but once I'd been sick my headache went, so I think it was a migraine as it wiped me out for the day.

Anyway, 11 hours sleep and I'm normal again.

On the upside, I have my new contract :T I just need to fill it in, scan and send it back.

In other news, DH & I are putting the house on the market. We had one estate agent around yesterday and we have another two coming over next week. There are bits we need to do, but not a massive amount, so pleased about that.

The downside is that it's going to cost us a lot and will end up on the credit card, but it's something that needs to be done, we've put it off for so many years and now it crucial, especially as DD is getting older and needs the space.

So, looks like we may be in a new house by July 2017 :j just makes me more determined to get on top of things, then I can start to overpay the new mortgage.

    Today's plan looks like this:
    Shopping
    Make dinner
Pack DD's bits for her trip
    Lunches
    Ironing
    Paint DS's room of doom

Going to be busy but worth it.

Great news about the contract and the house!

Will you be looking to stay in the same area?

No, there's not much here that would suit us, we've outgrown the house and the area. We have an idea of where we'd like to move to, there's lots of nice houses there, it's just finding the right one.

Thanks Hun, it's quite scary to be honest and I'm scared about the end 'debt' but for our forever home and that we've put it off for so long, may be now is the time to just go for it and see what happens?

Does mean that I'll be hanging around for a bit longer.

If the home you're in right now isn't your forever home, you may as well get into your forever home ASAP. As far as I see it, the longer you wait, the longer it will take for you to pay it off. :D

Thanks everyone for your support :)

Contract has been signed, scanned and emailed back to the company :) and my resignation has been given to the temp one :( I will miss these guys.

I was beginning to worry about finding the extra £300 pm for the mortgage once we move and then I remembered that DD won't be with a childminder then, so we will have the extra money, so in one way we won't be worse off. I'll just need to pay off the CC once moving costs have been applied.

Could you perhaps get a cc with 0% on spends for x months and pay it off within the free period so you won't have any extra interest?
