Best company for communal insurance

I live in a block of 4 flats and each one of has a 25% share of the freehold. The stairwells are covered by a communal insurance policy and its renewal time again and the guy who deals with it has had a few quotes in.

I was just wondering if there where online companies that could give me a quote so I could see how competitive the renewal is. All the places I have found are for 'normal' home insurance rather then commercial stuff.

Does anyone have any recommended companies? The current policy is with Zurich.
