I think it used to be around that price or slightly lower before, then it jumped higher.....

I like it,but add alot of veggies to it.I find it better than the other supermarkets ones, and the jar is handy afterwards.

We lobbed the 18p tin of basics pineapples in ours (obviously we opened the tin and emptied them out first, lol). Tasted really quite nice, TBH (more like Chinese curry than Indian). 25p for a nice curry sauce with pineapples? Billy bargain! Low fat as well...

Yes I noticed this in my store last week & stocked up. It's so unusual to find food items going down in price that you have to make the most of the opportunity.

The sauce is actually quite good, although I found one of the jars I bought the other day a little hotter than the last batch I bought. Not to worry, I like my curry hot & spicy.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

For instance ingredients, sugar/salt content, how thick the sauce was, ect.....

For me food is something you cannot compromise on!
