Changing Road Tax from Disabled to Private? (DVLA Offices don't exist anymore! )

    You can get it sorted at the post office, they will issue you with a tax disc and send the v5 off to Swansea for you.

    LVLO's are closed and change of tax class is now done at the post Office.
    OK, sorry, didn't realise they'd closed all the offices.

    I had to change the registration class on my last car before I sold it but that was over 2 years ago. When I went to the post office to change it I was told to go to the DVLA office to do it, so I went to the one at Old Trafford, at the top of Sir Matt Busby Way.

    Didn't realise the rules had changed.
