Need to know a bout bank

My uncle wants his niece to have control of his money and withdraw it when he dies, and distribute it out when he dies. As it states i:)n his will, Nationwide won't let her go on his details. What bank would let him do this please anyone know? :)

    Post of the banks sub-forum.

I'm assuming she doesn't have a power of attorney and that's why the bank said no to adding her.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.

Unless she is the Executor of the will she won't have access to his funds when he dies - those funds are part of the estate and will be distributed according to the will (and that will be months later)
Never pay on an estimated bill

Have you spoken to any of the banks ?
