    Exercise today was for 2 hours. Walking to a few different places, then cross trainer, treadmill and a spin class. The space between my legs is extremely sore (rubbed raw and bled during the class due to the seat not agreeing with my weight & build) and I won't be doing a spin class again. I hope that I'll be able to walk tomorrow!

  • Oh dear, sounds painful Mrs_T_M, never been a spinning fan myself.

    Another 40mins exercise to add for me please. Weigh-in tomorrow!

    Been to Zumba and balance tonight plus a bit of treadmill to pay back yesterday KFC! That's 2 hrs to add to my total please Fred.
