Small Success but how do I reclaim the tax?

Hi all

I've been lucky enough to get a small redress payment from "Canada Square Operations" regarding an Egg card.

I've had about £35 in basic rate tax taken off, which I believe I am entitled to claim as I will not earn anywhere near my personal savings amount in interest this tax year.

How would I go about claiming? I've had a look at Form R40 but it seems to want details of income etc for this tax year, which is an impossibility to provide as the tax year isn't near the end yet.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you are able to provide.

MDE.

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
