There are plenty of tombs that are also bigger in scale i think. You can adjust difficulty of different aspects of the game, for example you can set tombs to hard and combat to easy if you wish. Have you played horizon zero dawn? Oddly they have pinched from that game the endless tedious conversations with people. With some you at least unlock something for your troubles but with some you listen to them go on and on and get nothing for it. Its a bit more of a Challenge than the previous games.

The boring conversations arent mandatory in the main but you may miss out on unlocks, side missions etc if you dont talk to people.

This is a common problem of mine, i buy a brand new game, get halfway and never finish it!

Horizon zero dawn is a long game though. I had over 100 hours by the end according to the stats.
