    I received a email about an Unaddressed Mail survey in May. (I accepted the invitation on the website and received a email invite later)

    Same as you regarding emails. The only reason I believe I received an email about the impending survey was because I had previously complained about not receiving emails. Suggest you do the same!

    Help wanted please. I started my unaddressed survey today and did not receive any u/a mail. Do I just put zero in where the hand is and there is a picture on the right of a papa johns pizza. Do I put not received today.

    I only recorded the Unaddressed Mail I receive. Didn't bother inputting 0 when I received no Unaddressed Mail.

    As above, the new system does not require to enter zero if none is received.
    As for the pizza leaflet, you only click and enter that on the day you receive it.

    Got one package on Saturday, other part of it today. Was starting to panic as first package was dvd packaging only.

    My TNS e-mails are going to spam so have a look there.
