I really like browsing around Polish food shops.
I really like drinking Kefir, its a yogurt drink that is full of healthy bacteria thats good for gut health. I started drinking it as I really like the taste. Well in Morrisons it's £2.50 for a 500ml bottle. I found Kefir in my local Polish shop for 99p for a one litre bottle and its better then the brand named product.

not in polish shop as such, but in Sainsburys Polish section, £1.30, Mieszko Cherissimo chocolates, they are bits of cherry in liqueur, but unlike other liqueur chox I remember there is no nasty sugar coating inside. They are gorgeous.
Love these, but there are only 8 to a box sadly.0 -

Wedel chocolate biscuits. Especially those like Jaffa Cakes but with a raspberry filling."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

Sugar free jam, in various flavours. I originally found them, strawberry and blackberry, when Lidl were doing their ‘Polish” week. Loved them and then Lidl stopped selling them....Went into a couple of Polish shops and found them there - more flavours but almost twice the price, unfortunately. Worth it though as good for that sweet hit when I am doing my sugar free month(s).0

My one and only trip to a Polski sklep was in 2007 in Manchester - around the GreenHeys area - where all business ground to a halt when everyone stopped and stared at me upon entering. Strange because I felt very welcome on trips to Warsaw.
Since then I haven't bothered with it.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Searching for Andulusian Sauce, as Eastern Europe put it on sandwiches, but cannot find it over here. Been to Poland 6 times, love the country.0 -
Never been in one, saw one once through the bus window as it went past.
I'd be prepared to go in and buy stuff.... but I'd fear not having a clue what any of it was, or what to do with it0 -

The bus or the shop?1 -
We have a few Polish and other "international" shops down here in Kent. Some of them are really good for cheese, garlic meats, sourdough bread (makes me lazy though, I should be baking it), fruit drinks (sour cherry is great), lots of different beers, including palatable non alchoholic ones, pickles, quality vegetables and loose leaf tea.1
