Can I reclaim packaged bank account fee since we have paid twice?

Both my wife and I have a packaged account with Halifax, paying £15/month for this. We both also have an "ordinary" joint account with the same bank. I have recently discovered that the benefits we are both paying for would have covered us both, had we just upgraded our joint account, and left our individual accounts as the 'free' ones. We have essentially been paying twice as much as we should have for several years. Does this count as miss-selling?

No it's not miss-selling unless you were sold it by the bank together but you can complain and see what they say
