    Hoping for a quiet end to month. If the weather doesn't improve this will help. Usually Easter is quite drink-heavy but hopefully this one won't be.

    Overdraft And 1 credit card paid off.

    Thanks for your good wishes. Italy was a bit warmer especially some really sunny days and definitely no snow.


    I definitely agree about TV influencing drinking. Maybe they'll stop it soon like they have with smoking??? When I started to cut down, I was fine on a Monday as I used to go out to a dance class but on Tuesdays I found it difficult as they always end up in the bar I Holby City!


    No drinking here today.

    8/15 for me from Sunday night. Went to theatre last night and had a glass of wine, which I feel was a waste of an AFD, but can't take it back now!
    What goes around comes around.....I hope!

    Hi Glenda and welcome to our happy wagon :D Its a nasty old drug when it starts to take control I know exactly how you feel. I have had a couple of days off the wagon and today I felt horrible. Sickly and quite depressed. Drink has a big downer effect on me which I hadn't pinpointed it as the cause until I did Dry January and the blues disappeared :eek: So its back to AF days for me and I am looking forward to losing this hangover.
