I still cant see my credit card at all.
As far as I can work out I have not received the 5 quid that I am due for spending on the card last month.
I have stopped using it now as it is not worth the hassle of trying to keep track of it with no access to the figures.

I'm not aware there's credit card cash back. Isn't it debit card usage you get cash back for?

I get cashback on my credit card up to £5.
Runs until JUne as far as I can remember.
DEbit card usage cashback is only for new customers as is the £5 a month for having two direct debits.

It was a promotion they were running last year for new credit card customers, 1% on first £500 spend each month until end of June 2018.
Did you really mean to put loose?
Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place

I must have missed it; or decided it wasn't for me at the time.
I've since had their CC for 30(?memory) months interest free purchases paid by monthly min DD, to replace a Tesco one.
