I ordered one from Argos too the £239 package, no email so after a couple of hours rang them, after 30 mins in the queue gave up. After 8 hours still no email so rang and spoke to guy with a terrible attitude who took details and said there was no trace of my order, it was the computers fault! Rang back and spoke to a lady who apologiesed but said they had problems and were ploughing their way through orders. Tried last night when the £179 ones were on the website, order went through the same as the first. Checked my credit card first (the money has been claimed) so rang Argos this morning to find the first order has gone through, delivery on Monday afternoon. Guy said I might get an email, but perhaps not as they are still having problems. so it might be worth checking with your payment card to see if they have claimed the money, then ring and confirmation from Argos. Not brilliant service from Argos but if it results in a Wii ~ Wooo Hooo!

AFAIK, until you actually buy an item, it is still available - just because something is in your basket, doesn't guarantee you'll get it.

There was a problem with emails. Ring them up they will confirm your order. If you dont have your order number they can find it using the card number you used to pay and will give you your order number.
