Who is the letter from, Restons or the court? Has the court case been heard? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
It's from the court. I don't know what to do.0

Hi,
You need to download and fill in court form N-245 (application for an instalment order) and return it to the court.

Thanks for the link. I will call stepchange tommorrow as well. It just seems so ridiculous I live alone and have a low paid job I rent so i don't understand why they are doing this. They will get their money eventually. I did my budget. So why would they think I have 1200 lying around to give them.:(0

I have the form it says I need to pay £50 does anyone know how I'm supposed to pay it? It says I need to enclose payment but I my bank account doesn't have a cheque book. It says I can pay in person at the court but I can't go to Northampton to pay a fee. I'm not too keen on sending cash.0

You've had a judgement to pay 'forthwith'.
Does it say judgement after determination or judgement in default?
How much did you offer to pay on the original N1 form?
Try this as long as you are still within 14 days of the order - there is no cost
