Anyone got any advice ... I’ve logged into mortgage tracker it’s all ticked off except the valuation (which is taking place Tuesday) however my mortgage advisor has emailed us saying they’ve asked a few questions regarding bank statements (she said this is pretty normal) and she is hoping to hear back on Monday.... would they of ticked it off as completed on the tracker if there was a issue ??

This was exactly my point when I made a post on your other thread here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=75475609&postcount=12

If your broker is saying there is no problem, I would be listening to them.

I was just concerned that everything had been ticked and completed on the tracker but the broker hasn’t told us this, she said she will know by Monday... so could it be she hasn’t looked at the tracker yet and all is ok?

    Forget the tracker.
The broker 100% will not be wasting their time looking at it.
The broker will be more accurate than the tracker.
I said before you made this thread it causes headaches, now it is causing confusion and you are asking if the broker knows about what the tracker is saying...

As ACG says above, the Nat West tracker is very basic and doesn’t give enough detail.

The Broker would have had a more detailed conversation with Nat West about what might be needed or outstanding and you should listen to your broker and stop worrying about the tracker.
