Paying beneficial interest to the trustee

Hello,

We were made bankrupt at the end of 2015. We are just about to make a deal with the trustee to buy the beneficial interest in our home , just waiting to hear the final figures . Is it possible to pay this to him in several lump sums or does it have to be in one full amount? Does anyone know how long he will allow us to get the money together ? Does anyone have any experience of paying the trustee ? Hoping for some advice . Thanks

Hi

I made an arrangement to pay the OR £10k for the beneficial interest in my property. I am paying this at £500 per month. The restriction will stay on my property until the OR is paid in full.
