Affordability - Profit share bonus

Hi all,
Although i'm not currently looking at remortgaging I wondered what effect, if any, a profit share bonus has on mortgage affordability.
My employer introduced this bonus recently. It's paid every 12 months in June. The first bonus equated to about 9% of my annual income, so it's quite welcome!
As a side thought I was thinking about mortgage affordability.
Would any lenders take this variable bonus into consideration?
Thanks for any info :)

some lenders but not all take this into account, some only 50% of the bonus. A broker would be best placed to maximize this bonus for you, especially if it's shown year in year out to be given out
