halight no fair... I can't eat most of what's in the BBQ sauce!!!

So, I've been to the Specialist... and I'm Special!!

I am a Gene Carrier of Leidon Factor 5 (slightly higher clotting abilities) and have to take aspirin (apparently low carb diet helps too... not Atkins or anything as crazy as 20g of Carbs, but 120g is best... not sure why though!).

Apparently I didn't ovulate when they tested me, which would be the PCOS. I swear I felt the ovulation though! Explains why it takes so long for me to fall Pregnant in the first place!

Anyway, Low GI helps the PCOS and Insulin Resistance, the lower carbs I am already taking (which luckily is under 120g) helps the first two and the Leidon Factor 5. The weightless from the Low GI, Carbs etc will help with the Ovulation, PCOS, Insulin Resistance and Leidon!

Apart from Metaform they can't help me... but Low GI will help just as well as the drugs, and getting the drugs means more tests... so I said (and they agreed) that I would wait and IF I had to come back after another miscarriage, then I would consider that treatment.

I have a 30% chance of not miscarrying next time! :)

Geez you add in all the other health problems I have (and it's a long list) it makes me glad i'm not a horse! I'd be put down!

Well I am looking on the bright side, when I mentioned I had started GI he looked really happy and said that would be one of my best options. :T

Forgot to add... he was really impressed with the fact that I had lost 6 stone too... even asked how I did it, and was impressed that I don't diet, but do things sensibly :D

Wow what a thing to have wrong with you:(
Well done on the waight loss:)
Do you have any kids or are you still trying? You have prob said this on the thred a 1000 times but i have a merony like a buket with a hole in it :D
:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j
