Well if you click on https://www.tesco.com/deliverysaver, sign in, your plan, and renew, it says:

Clubcard Boost or coupon -> What's this?
"Applying a Clubcard boost or coupon
You can double the value of your Clubcard vouchers on Delivery Saver, It’s the easiest way to save on your renewal. Find out more on the Clubcard website.
Coupons are applied to your plan when it renews, so if your planning to change the plan you renew on to, do that first before applying any coupons."

So I renewed as suggested I do first, then clicked on "Find out more on the Clubcard website", only for this boost to not exist. I emailed customer support and they confirmed it. Rubbish. Talk about misleading people into renewing!!

Which was probably their intended course of action all along. But now they look like such a kind, considerate company.

Railcards are still only available at £15 of vouchers for a £30 card which is all I am interested in at the moment, so no change there which is disappointing.
  • I dont think so, Tescos should notify you about the changes. Make a complaint. I just asked one of my friends who works in Tescos and he has no idea about the changes they're introducing.

I have a more general query. Does anyone know if vouchers are transferable.

I have a pizza express Tesco clubcard boost voucher to use - can I give it to someone else even though it has my surname on it? From past experience I don't think the waiters/waitresses care much but it could be noticed if the balance is paid on a credit card in someone else's name.

As you say no one really checks. I have previously used vouchers with 4 different names on paying for a large group.

I've just been looking at the Cineworld Unlimited Pass reward which states:
We’re planning on changing this Reward Partner to 3 x the value of your Clubcard vouchers by 30 November 2018. If for any reason there is a delay in launching the new 3 x product, this Reward Partner will be temporarily removed.
This currently costs £96 in Clubcard vouchers, for a reward that would cost £214.80 to buy directly from Cineworld, so 2.2375x value.
Does that mean this reward is going to cost less in Clubcard vouchers in future? :j
