11/28 for me today please.
Yesterday, 6 weeks to the day alcohol free, I had a pint. 1 pint. I can't say I didn't enjoy it as it was nice to have a wee drink along with my Mum while out for a Mothers's day meal, but I finally fell off the wagon!
Had forgotten how bad T's lager tasted though, not the best!
I did have only 1 pint, I didn't go home and have any more or make any pit-stops on the way home as would have been the norm last year. And I'm back on a mission this week as the weekend wasn't particular good for the diet either. Had a take away on Friday and a 3 course meal yesterday.
Still on course for this month's target.
Hope you all had a great weekendYou can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

11/31 please Baileys
Happy Mothers Day for me with lots of visitors, flowers, choccies, cards, presents and to top it off this is my DAY 50 in a row
Well chuffed
Woo hoo Paspatur! :T :T :T You're going great guns - hugely well done.
And Fatrab, you stopped after one pint - that's quite something. We all need a bit of a blowout occasionally, and I'm of the belief that it's better if the indulgence is food rather than alcohol. After all, who gets aggressive after fish and chips?
12/31 please, Baileys.Better is good enough.0 -

I didn't have the notion for any more but I think if I'd had a second one that would have changed.
Agree regarding the fish n chips, I've been in a few Glesga chippies that the fish wasn't the only battered thing to leave the premises! You can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!
