Morning everyone,
I settled one of my accounts with a 65% discount so #150s updated total is £4149.05/£2018.
I've still got 3 credit cards to pay off so I'll keep going with the challenge but I'm not going to set a new target as I also need to rebuild my emergency fund (used it settle the said account) which will take priority.VSPC 2019 #10 - £168.80/£100 VSPC 2020 #4 - £262.03/£200 VSPC 2021 #9 - £242.88/£200 VSPC 2022 #3 - £188.03/£200 VSPC 2023 #7 - £0/£2000 -
#9 checking in to say, we finally did it :j, £5600 paid out of £5600
That's only the amount this year, the highest was somewhere in the upper to mid £30k a few years ago. After countless years going up and down in debt but never getting that far, it's done, and we even have some savings. We are in our mid/late 40s and really need to concentrate on increasing our savings
Thank you all, especially muppets, for running this thread the last few years. I don't post much but I do read often. Best of luck to all of you0 -
#46 with a payment of £10.32 please Muppets.....house renovations mean I have fallen behind schedule but whilst trying to pay all these other things this debt, which I am treating seperately, has backtracked a bit in the priority list.....slow and steady does it though :-)0
