Another Hellix Ltd again

Hi, ive seen many posts regarding this company and yes they are horrible people and speak to you like a piece of rubbish.
Ive just found my original email they sent me last year, I cant seem to find them but its says debt type Green Motor Insurance Company but says credit agreement through Kwik Fit Home Insurance.
They are saying its household insurance, so im assuming I can ask them for a copy of the application?
They left a disgusting voicemail on the telephone answering machine, which I have told them 2/3 times, its my mums number, so they got it full force yesterday when I phoned then hung up so then he decided to call me back twice on the number to which i was recording so when i told him this, he hasnt called back.
Will this also be on my credit report if I do have an insurance debt outstanding?

Hi,
Contacting debt collectors is best done in writing, never on the phone.
Is this your debt ?
If not send the provit letter to them.
Insurance debts will not show on your credit file even though you may of signed a credit agreement.
