Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Nipped in to S to double up.
Noticed that they credit 4000 points then subtract 8000. I wonder if this will postpone the available balance? !
    Hope not. ....

My balance was not harmed as used mums card. Strange thing is I havejust looked at my balance after reading your post and I was given a 750 bonus yesterday. I did swipe my card but only to spend over £1 so my 5th spend would register for the 500 for 5 swipes thing.
Its not time for our surprise bonus points for online spends yet is it?

Not complaining as takes me into another double up possibility but while mum still has £199 in nectar points I am not planning on using my card.
Mum had a blast spending points yesterday and was astonished when bill came to £125 and she had £5 to pay:T:T:T
She got 2 pairs of pjs. boxed cards, wrapping paper and crackers, a kettle and bedlined:T:T:T

Very behind as been busy knitting my furry diva a Christmas outfit. Plus I would like to do some paperfolding later. Just a wreat nothing exciting but have to start somewhere.

Train tickets for IDH next Friday booked, loving my disabled rail card. First year I have had one but saved so much. Plus train to Peterborough for 1 st dec. Peterborough was shockingly cheap:j:j

lots of reading back to do.

ok, so I know I am !!! Yesterday I bought a Graco Evo carrycot, why ???
I suppose it would make a good gift as it can also be used as a moses basket and has the safety mattress included - but really ???

If anyone wants one they're 90% off on Online4baby ..now £9.99 plus postage x
Yes I did look at those. I'm thinkng of getting the pram, travel system, from there as it's £25 cheaper than anywhere else. I would be interested to hear how you get on with delivery etc , if you don't mind.

    Thank you BL....

but sadly I can possibly trash all those ideas.

unicycle...neither of them could possibly balance on it...both in their early 60's so I don't want to be responsible for an injury.

They have dad's heirloom chess set and it does take pride of place in the study

Murder mystery...we all did one a few years back as a family present for BIL's 60th

    but lovely thoughts...x
That leaves a glove then, I love mine. You could get a beautiful one for £100 :T

    thinking cap on again................ :)

I'm currently looking at afternoon tea packages in very exclusive hotels near to them....£60 is the basic for 2 people and if I want to add a glass of champagne each, that takes it to £88!!!!!

wondering if I can play around with the cheaper version and make a little bit of a hamper up to go with the vouchers that includes maybe a bottle of fizz and something.
I looked at dinner packages and they start at £160 for two....shocking,nice no doubt but beyond my budget.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Thanks to whoever mentioned this yesterday, I needed some cheese today and that is the one I buy, so I walked in, walked out again by the stand and walked in again for the cheese :D Not bad for £2.10.
