QQ for anyone that has used £10 meal on AP, if you spend less than £10, do you keep the change on the app, like a gift card?

What does it say on the voucher/giftcard ...? I will go and check :D

PEx - e-gift tandcs say if only part of a card is used, a new one should be issued to the value of the balance (https://www.pizzaexpress.com/Terms-and-Conditions-Pages/eGift).

Mands - use only once, transaction must be equal to or greater than giftcard value

C0sta - normal e-gift, balance remains on card

Gweggs - use only once, balance lost if not spent in one transaction

£20 meal - use only once, must be equal to or greater than voucher value

£10 dining out - no change, balance stays on card for next time

HouseofF - no change, balance stays on card for 24 months after last use

PCW/Curry - assume same as HouseofF as I don’t have one to check

I think that covers them all. Please let me know if any errors.

the manager in the local place said if i use less than the giftcard value to remember which one it was as it will keep the rest on it

  • Good morning all, rained overnight but dry at the moment

    Congratulations hampydoodums, exciting times :D

Sorry your op was cancelled Di, but quite honestly would not want to be in hospital at the moment, heard of a few winter vomiting bugs being round and the flu is meant to be raising it's ugly head! Maybe it is fate keeping you away from something even more horrible. Fingers crossed it gets rearranged quickly.

    Good morning beautiful people
    Advice please
If taking an item back for refund. Is it best before or after apg claimed ? Tia it was an unwanted gift tia

Most stores will mark your receipt after a return.

If a member of staff is involved in processing the apg some will mark the receipt.

If your apg is below £20 then you can process on SS in most cases without staff involvement, and your receipt will be unmarked for a return.

Personally, I would probably process the apg then a return.

In either case, a marked receipt would make me feel more conscious of doing the other.

Louj, don't let this blip take the shine off your son's new jacket. He sounds like a lovely helpful lad.
Refunds normally go back in your account quicker than you think.

    Morning peeps.
