IPA loans control 17th Sep 19 at 1:33 AM
I made an overpayment to my Santander mortgage two weeks ago . The payment went through ok.I made another payment on Thursday and it was returned IPA loans control. I am allowed overpayments.
    Any ideas why this happened.

Presumably, Santander are the best placed people to tell you why this has happened. Have you checked the T&Cs of your mortgage to see what level of overpayments is allowed?

You have triggered an algorithm which makes the system think you've made a double loan repayment in error?
