    Ok so 3 4 2 £3 each , in t 2 4 £5 buy 6, 18 v10 = £8 diff, so 10-8 = 2 -10% = 1.80?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    If they are 2 for £5 in T and you buy 6, it will show as £15 won't it?

    So won't it be 18 v 15?

    And with the 10% ...... 18 v 13.50

    Unless I am missing something. :o:o

  • My original plan was to try and use them all together then refund onto a giftcard, looks like that’s never going to happen, I get all my food through wombled apg’s so I wanted to try the same with these :( very annoying, although the staff were helpful.

    It can probably be done just as it can with Costa/Greggs. It's all about finding someone knowledgeable enough in store who can do it , but nowadays most CS staff in retail/banking get bear minimal training and the training they do receive is poor.

    Advice. NEVER ever believe what you're told without querying it, especially when dealing with banks/retail. I wouldn't have a fraction of the bank accounts/stoozing deals/SoGA refunds etc I've had if I believed what I'd been told.

    So:p

    The 342 is different to the standard comparison, as what the APG “sees” is not what we actually pay:)

    Buy in 6’s

    APG will “see”
    £18 v £15
    So your APG will be £4.50.....that’s £3 which is the difference plus £1.50 which is your 10%

    However you have only spent £12 on the items and you have got back £4.40.

    So the 6 items has cost you £7.60 which is £1.26 each:)
