PPI claim help please.

Hello,
I have always put off applying for PPI as I have a statute barred debt from 20 years ago.
However, everyone around me is reaping in the benefits of receiving ppi and I was wondering if I had a chance.
With one bank, I had a few loans. All were paid off, but I had a credit card with them that became statute barred (about £1000 at the time)
If I applied for PPI against the loan with the bank, would they automatically add the credit card debt into the mix, and would my claim against the loans be offset against them?

Any redress will be offset against the debt.
Make sure you don't use a claims company or you will need to pay them as well.0
