I understand that they fixed the zip file problem that deleted users documents a few days ago.

After all the problems with this release so far I would be very wary of being an early user.

I shall make every effort to prevent the installation taking place on my laptop for as long as possible.

Had another call regarding a windows 10 update failing. Seems that computer just hates the latest updates. Kills it each time wont bootup.

Or the owner doesnt let it complete the process?

May roll it back and disable the updates.

    Which version? 1803 I assume?
Updated from media or using Windows Update? The former is much more reliable from

I've got 1809 - via official link - BEFORE it was pulled. No problem on the computer its installed on (but I'm not using it very much at the moment!)

Before I got my SSD and reinstalled Windows my laptop had updated (via WU) to 1809 and was running fine. When I downloaded the ISO for the reinstall only 1803 was available ... 1809 hasn't as yet been pushed to me again.

Is it possible you could post 1809 iso url.
I have some blank blue ray;s which I could use.
Only if it's 1809 I don't want to bother with full win10 de install re install
