    I didn't apply until this week as we have been away but I got my form back the next day and I then sent off the cheque the same day. So hopefully my account will be fully functional from September 3rd which is good enough.

    Yes you can have both. I have Nottingham's Regular Saver Issue 2 and the Sunshine Regular Saver.
