LISA and Tier 2 Visa

Hello

I am working under a tier 2 general work visa and am saving a deposit via LISA.

I noted that there is ‘no public funds’ for tier 2 visa holders. Can I still utilise LISA for my first home ? Will it affect my ILR application?
