Smart work.... I got invite at 0106 but didn't log in until 0830 or so and got the maintenance screen. No pop-up when I did get in. I can't fathom this though... For most of the last 12 to 15 months I've been alternating between Correctly and Unaddressed every month rarely being gazumped but since the new website I've now had 3 e-mails with only one matching pop-up. So who are all these night owls suddenly signed up in Sarf Lundun ???

I used to get onto the extra surveys regularly even when the emails came through on an afternoon, looks like I won't be adding to my voucher stash anytime soon.

I have had the same message, when I tried to contact them as it says to do you have to select a survey but it doesn't give you the option to select one.

then on the "CONTACT US" page THERE WILL NOT BE A DROP DOWN MENU of Surveys.

Refreshing either page DOES NOT fix it

What you need to do is CLOSE the window and OPEN A NEW ONE and reload the "1st page" ....

... THEN click on "CONTACT US" :j

And VOILA - a list of SURVEYS :T

Needed to post a cube this morning, usually try to do them at the self service machine inside the local main Post Office but didn't have time so had to go to a sub branch.

Clerk: "What's inside the parcel?"
Me: "An intricate sculpture made from polystyrene."
Clerk: "Oh that explains why it's so light, £3.45 please"

How I kept a straight face I don't know!

I always go with the poly template when asked and its amazing how many of the counter staff then stop vigorously shaking it when I stare back at them!

Although I did have one once who suggested that it didn't feel that large an if I cut the box in half she was sure it could go as a smaller parcel!
Maybe next time.

Hard to keep a straight face sometimes.

Ive just received my posting pack which is the first since the new website. I'm struggling with it. How do you confirm that you have prepared your items for posting please ?

In the list down the left hand side click on item preparation, that brings up all of your items to prepare.
When you eventually post the item click on sender data entry.
