Presumably they are very good customers, so may have to do much worse to be permanently excluded0

Something to do with a court case for fly tipping and data protection breach.0

I cannot see how this fine will affect their BPA membership.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

But surely a BPA member must be squeaky clean for
membership ..... UKPC are not and I doubt they ever
will be .... it's the scammers way.
For the BPA to clean up it's act, they must be seen
to BE squeaky clean themselves and in reality they are NOT0 -

* amended to protect members0 -

I must admit that made me laugh. I'm sure the BPA with it's convicted racist, sex offenders is squeaky clean.0 -
I've long held the belief that anyone/companny who has access to personal/private data should have some sort of check (CRB/DBS)
And if that person has any criminal or other conviction such as Fraud/violence/theft/fraud/dishonesty etc etc then they and their organisation should be prohibited form having access to personal dataFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0
