PPI commission refund offer.

Hi
New to the forum and need some advice.Have been offered a refund under Levin from RBS.The account is in debt and has been sold on a few times and there is a very low repayment plan in place due to a medical problem and unable to return to work.Should the refund come straight to me as the debt has been sold on several times?
Thanks.

If it has been sold on but has the right of clawback, then the redress goes to the debt (including any amount written off to lower it)
If there is no clawback option, then it comes to you.

Use of a third party firm does not always mean the debt was sold. Most banks use third party firms whilst retaining ownership of the debt. It doesnt mean it has been sold.
