On street view there is a white car parked on the verge outside. Taken a while ago I'd guess - the front door isn't painted.0

The agent describes this property as rather 'quirky' and I would agree. Rather like it though

I rather like it myself, but questions would have to be:
1. Has anyone got any plans to build on that land at the back (that would be part of my reason for buying it)
2. How much to swop the roof? - and I like thatched roofs - but wouldnt want a house that had one.0 -

A new roof might be as cheap as £15k if the original timbers are still there and sound. Otherwise, look north of that.0 -

It's nice, especially from the outside but would cost a fortune to heat.
The details don't say, but underfloor heating would be a must with all those non-carpeted floors.'I'm sinking in the quicksand of my thought

I like it too, though as said the roof would need replacing.'I'm sinking in the quicksand of my thought

Then, cold during the winter, without huge Bthu injections.
Late spring might be nice!0 -
This might be one of the weirdest floorplans I've seen:

Cute house though, I'd live in it if it weren't for the location.0
