How do I know if I have been overpayed sick company?

Options
I recently left my job taking something called "the offer" (they basicly offer you money for never come back to the company) and part of this offer they say they can take overpayed sick leave.
I have been off sick for 1 month with fit notes, in my contract says im entilted to it, so are they going to take money from my final payslip?
I already contacted them but they didn't offer me any new info about this.

    Was there a settlement agreement?

Are we talking about statutory sick pay or company scheme? What does your contract say about sick pay, is it discretionary? And how would it be 'overpaid'? If you were sick on those days and they pay you for those days then it's not overpaid surely. If they pay you more than you are entitled to then I can't see why they wouldn't deduct it.
