Arval lease car charges

Options
Monday I was handed back my lease car with arval. An assessor arrived as planned. My wife was present at the time of inspection of the car,she was then asked to go back in the house while he carried out the inspection when she was asked to go back in the house while he carried out the inspection.
The car is on a 65 plate Nissan pulsar. Today I received a bill for £2300 for damages to the car all body work.
Could anyone give me some advice on how I should approach the lease company. The car has general wear the odd scratch hear and there

You can polish a turd with enough effort.

You cannot upload pictures here, use tinypic or imgbb or many other image hosts. Any that are NOT photobucket.

It's a 3yo car - it should be pretty damn immaculate if you've taken even moderate care of it. Two grand of damage is not "general wear".

Fair wear and tear is an industry-standard definition, set by the industry body, the BVRLA, and you agreed to abide by it when you took the car.

please tellme you took lots of pictures of the car inside and out and also close up ones aswell so you have proof that the car was in good nick on the day it was returned

some not all do try it on in the hopes that you will you pay the cheeky barstools
People are caught up in an egotistic artificial rat race to display a false image to society. We want the biggest house, fanciest car, and we don't mind paying the sky high mortgage to put up that show. We sacrifice our biggest assets our health and time, We feel happy when we see people look up to us and see how successful we are”

There would appear to be duplication here. They're charging you twice for one bumper, which now needs refinishing because it's been poorly repaired previously.

Just reorganising the rest to make it a bit easier to read:
UFWT- Front Wheel Left Smart Repair £ 60.00 Charged
UFWT- Front Wheel Right Smart Repair £ 60.00 Charged
UFWT- Rear Wheel Left Smart Repair £ 60.00 Charged
So three of the four wheels have been kerbed.
UFWT- C Post Left Part Panel Refinish £ 60.00 Charged
    UFWT- Sill Panel Left Repair/Paint 1 £ 195.00 Charged
UFWT- Front Door Left Refinish £ 135.00 Charged
UFWT- Quarter Panel Left Refinish £ 135.00 Charged
UFWT- Rear Door Left Refinish £ 135.00 Charged
Down the left: Both doors, sill, quarter panel, C pillar all marked
    UFWT- B Post Right Repair/Paint 1 £ 195.00 Charged
    UFWT- Front Door Right Repair/Paint 1 £ 195.00 Charged
    UFWT- Quarter Panel Right Repair/Paint 1 £ 195.00 Charged
    UFWT- Rear Door Right Repair/Paint 1 £ 195.00 Charged
UFWT- Front Wing Right Refinish £ 135.00 Charged
Down the right: Front wing, both doors, B pillar, quarter panel.
UFWT- Bonnet Refinish £ 135.00 Charged
    ...and bonnet.

That's a long list of panels... Frankly, there's not much you missed... The charge for each panel is not ridiculous, though. The standard for what is chargeable is in the BVRLA wear and tear guide - and that's what you agreed to abide by. They've sent you photos through. Do those photos show damage that fits the BVRLA guide?
