If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Luxury Luggage
This element of the prize consists of Briggs and Riley luggage for the Winner, which includes two (2) international carry-on expandable spinner cases (one (1) in black and one (1) in red) and two (2) large expandable spinner cases (one (1) in black and one (1) in red) (the "Luxury Luggage"). To be delivered to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Corfu Holiday
The Prize for one winner (the "Winner"), and up to three (3) companions (the "Companions") includes:
· A ten (10) night holiday to the MarBella Corfu Resort in Corfu (the "Hotel"), on a half-board basis (including one breakfast and one main meal per person per day at the Hotel, excluding drinks and all other food). Half-Board includes breakfast and dinner at La Terrazza buffet restaurant and also a 10 EUR discount per person on the food bill at Comodo, La Bussola Sea Food Restaurant, Plata Greek Restaurant and Splash American Diner. Accommodation is to be in one two bedroom suite (1 x double room and x twin room) and the Prize is subject to availability of such room on the preferred dates chosen to travel).
· Return economy flights between a London airport of the Winner’s choice (London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Luton, London City or London Stansted) and Corfu International Airport (CFU) (the Prize Provider will try to accommodate subject, at all times, to availability and routing from such airports on the dates the Winner opts to travel).
· Private return transfers between the Hotel and Corfu International Airport (CFU).
· For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner and their respective Companions shall travel at the same time and on the same routing.
· The use of facilities for: gym, hammam and sauna. For the avoidance of doubt any other facilities or services are to be borne by the Winner at their own cost.

The Prize excludes all other charges and items not otherwise described above including but not limited to:

· UK ground transfers to and from the Winner’s home to their departure Airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, personal expenses, hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, tips, gratuities, service charges, taxes and local and long distance telephone calls.

The Winner must book the Prize with Prize Provider at least two (2) months in advance of the intended travel date and take up the Prize and complete the trip before 31 October 2019. The Prize cannot be taken where it falls within (being inclusive) the following dates: 1 November 2018 – 30 April 2019.

· The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
· Where any of the Winner’s Companions are aged under 18 years old, the Companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the Winner when taking up the Prize.
· The Winner and their Companions must hold a current valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel.
· It is the responsibility of the Winner to (i) ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to any relevant visa entry requirements, (ii) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining any necessary visas for the travelling party, (iii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas and medical costs, (iv) have a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes, (v) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider, and (vi) ensure that they and their companions adhere to the local laws of Corfu.
· Please note that if the Winner elects to take fewer than three (3) Companions or no Companion, the prize will be awarded to the Winner and each participating companion. Any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

Upon booking their trip, the Winner will be asked to accept and be bound by and subject to the Prize Provider's terms and conditions, which are available at https://www.sovereign.com/about/terms-and-policies/booking-terms-and-conditions/ (the “Booking Conditions”) If the Winner refuses to accept the Booking Conditions then the Prize Provider has the absolute right to refuse to allow them to benefit from the Prize.

Please note that by staying at the Hotel, the winner and guests agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Hotel. This includes the right of the Hotel to evict any guests who engage in any behaviour which is acknowledged as disruptive to other guests.
