separate ppi claims 13th Nov 17 at 9:06 AM
looking for a bit of advice. i had 2 credit cards with capital one. i have made a successful claim on one of them. i had a letter of acknowledgment for the 2 accounts. i thought i would receive the reply for the 2 of them together, or will the other one be treated separately. it was only last week when i received my first payment. thanks in advance

Are the two credit cards linked to the same account? i.e. the first card lost/stolen and the second a replacement?

If they are past the 8 week deadline from the date of acknowledgement then phone them up for an update.
