mrs

just been informed that my case is still being protested by Monarch, so Bott & Co solicitors (via resolver) no longer willing to honour "no win no pay" Should i still go ahead with paying for the hearing fee and how much is this likely to be? Do Monarch just want to scare me off going for it? If i don't pay hearing fee the case folds?
thanks guys.

How could any of us know with the scant details you've provided? Tell us about the delay - reposting on the existing Monarch thread - and we can try to help. How do you engage Bott and Co via Resolver?
