I'm not sure if this is nationwide, but I've just got a free caramel latte from Greggs using the app. :j

    Got my email yesterday for the same.
    Apparently it's because of a " glitch last week" which wasn't aware of.
    Always gets lots of freebies from Greggs for the same reason.
    Very generous of them.
