using up leftover candle wax

Hi,
I just wanted to share an idea i had which worked really well.
I had lots of end bits of lovely scented candles. No wick left but still plenty of scented wax.
I didn't want to buy stuff to make them into new candles so I decided to use an old oil burner I had.
I put the glass candle jars in a pan of boiling water to melt the wax in the jars. Then I tipped it into a silicon mould tray that has small heart shapes (for making chocolates/soap/heart shaped ice cubes).
Popped it into the fridge to set and then i ended up with a whole bunch of heart shaped scented wax 'blocks'.
No i pop one of these onto the oil burner and use a tealight and it scents the room beautifully. One heart shaped wax melt lasts for at least 2 whole tea lights and tea lights are really cheap if you buy them in packs of 100 online.
I'm really pleased I'm finally managing to use up all my lovely ends of scented candles.
