Happy Saturday everyone .
I went to bed so early that I woke up at 7.00am this morning :rotfl:. I had a nice day despite my cold and persistent rain. I spent:
£2.20 bus
£2.65 latte
£15.90 Mr T
£3 Valentine card for DH
£5 rubber earring backs
Mr T was expensive because I got bananas, milk, cheese, cokes, fruit pot, cider and grapes. The grapes are DH's Saturday treat instead of chocolate. So much for only buying fruit and milk on top up shops .
The earring backs are so I don't lose the silver earrings I bought last week, as I've been afraid to wear them in case I lose them.
Since I got back I've cleaned out the furry moron (my most hated job ) and put the dishwasher on. Now I just need to empty all the bins before I take it easy.
I've put a pound back on  but I'm not surprised as I've been drinking and eating more due to the stress of DH's hospital visits and DS2's travels . Plus I only did one park walk last week for the same reasons.
So I need to get serious (again) with my diet. I had to get DS1 some chocolates and I refused a free chocolate sample in the shop :T. Not only that, I refused a free pretzel sample somewhere else :T. I'm impressed with my amazing will power :rotfl:.
So today's meals include:
Breakfast - oats and skim milk
Lunch - cheese sandwich & satsuma
Snack - banana
Snack - apple
Dinner - pasta bake
Drinks - diet coke, tea with skim milk & cider
If I stick to that then I'll do okay .
Exercisewise I've done so far: 12,293 steps, 5.30 miles, 24 floors & 19 active minutes.
I hope you're all having a good Saturday so farFinally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
