Day 20/29 for me tonight and 9 for OH.
Really proud of that achievement for both of us, it has been literally years since we have had just one alcohol free night! Feeling good and looking good in mirror as well. Already looking forward to next month, it is my birthday and a weeks trip to Ireland so probably won't be able to resist Guinness but will try to be moderate rather than excessive!DF by Christmas 2014 #78 £18,964.15/£15,000

There is probably a magic figure whent most we know evertyhing's changed and we've sucessfully turned the juggernaut around. It sounds as though you reached that point yesterday, SandyPan. Huge congratulations!

Have a good one.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I try to just post once on any page of this thread so it doesn't get cluttered with my posts. If the thread is very busy then that can be everyday but when it's slow it can be ever few days - at Christmas once a week!!!What do we do when we fall? Hope you enjoyed your anniversary satchmo:).
Planned drinking yesterday but only had one glass then switched to a mug of tea.
Target day for me today but hoping to get a couple more in before October.
10 AFDs please Shaggy.
ETA: Have to confess the AFD didn't happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
